Thomas Pagan

Thomas Pagán is a Nevada City native with over two decades of real estate experience and a lifelong connection to the Sierra Foothills. A graduate of Nevada Union High School, Thomas went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University in 2002. Drawn back to the natural beauty, culture, and pace of life in the foothills, he returned home to begin what would become a career in real estate.

In 2005, Thomas obtained his real estate license and began working with Coldwell Banker in Nevada City. He later transitioned to their Auburn office, where he developed a specialization in commercial real estate. By 2014, he had earned his broker’s license, and in 2015, he founded Western Slope Real Estate, Inc., along with its commercial division, Western Slope Commercial.

Today, Thomas focuses on project-specific real estate, representing clients across both the residential and commercial sectors. He works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, offering hands-on guidance and deep local expertise. Known for his integrity, professionalism, and strategic approach, Thomas is committed to helping his clients navigate each transaction with confidence and clarity.
